Biographies
Sohee Jun
President
I decided to start VASR following the tragic death of my father in 2007. By sharing our story and experience, I hope to prevent others from having to go through this horrible crime.

Jinhee Jun
Vice President
A few months after my father was killed by a street racer, my sister (Sohee) approached me with the idea of starting a nonprofit for victims of street racing. I quickly jumped on board. I am a victim and co-founder of VASR. I have a son and a husband who have taught me the true meaning of patience.  While putting my heart into this organization, I also work as a teacher and a writer.

Ken Woo
Treasurer
When my wife, Sohee, decided to start VASR, I thought it was a brilliant idea to keep the memory of my father-in-law alive while benefiting the public as well. The effects of illegal street racing are far-reaching and if we can impact just one person through education or support it will be a great accomplishment. I work in real estate and am a licensed Broker. I am also currently taking a one-year Executive Education program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Joe Goodman
Secretary
My name is Joe Goodman.  I am a native of San Diego where I live with my wife, Jinhee, our son, Gavin, and my mother-in-law.  I am a shipping manager at Grossmont College Bookstore and a co-founder of VASR.
