January 16th, 2009

Educational Presentation: VASR, in partnership with the Pasadena Youth Christian Center (PYCC) spoke to 10 teens about the dangers of street racing. The teens provided their insights into how to end street racing and discussed how to say "no" to street racers. To view pictures click here.

April 5th, 2009

5th Annual City of Los Angeles 5K Run/Walk for Victims' Rights Week! This year, VASR will participate in this important event to help promote Victims' Rights in our communities. The event will be held at the Point Fermin Park in San Pedro.

April 25th, 2009

AAA Safety Fair: The Auto Club is hosting a series of events for teenage drivers and their parents around the Southland. VASR will, once again, participate in this event. Please come out to show your support so that we can continue to provide support, education and resources for young people and their parents.

May 9th, 2009

AAA Safety Fair: This event will be held at the Auto Club Administrative Offices in Costa Mesa. Please come by and visit the VASR booth! More details to come as the event nears.

October 17, 2009

AAA Teen Fair: In Recognition of National Teen Driver Safety Week, the Auto Club, in partnership with the city of Santa Clarita and the Blue Ribbon Task Force, is hosting a Teen Fair on Saturday, October 17 from 10am-2pm. The event will be held at Central Park in Santa Clarita and will feature the city’s Youth Grove; a memorial dedicated to teens who have lost their lives in traffic crashes. Come out and support VASR at this event!
